After completing my training as a canine instructor and behavioral therapist for dogs, I’m running a behavioral practice for dogs since 2007. In addition, I give mantrail courses and am active with my own dogs in various search and rescue groups.

With my dog ​​Fox in the discipline air scent and disaster and with my dog ​​Bailey I’m active in mantrailing.

I follow the latest developments in mantrailing closely, for instance by participating in seminars in the Netherlands, Europe and in the US. Both my experience and being able to read the body language of many types of dogs, being patient and offering personal coaching, are beneficial in giving mantrail courses. In addition, experiencing the learning processes yourself, by searching with your own dogs is “a must”, I think.

In my behavioral practice I also observe dogs and people every day; giving instruction and fine-tuning an appropriate learning method.
